FAQ
How does it work?
Our sports themed, padded mats hook on easily to the top of your doors, and our hooks are adjustable to work with a number of different door depths.
What if I don’t have a door that suits?
No door? No worries! Any wall will do. The eyelets on the products are 15mm wide, meaning they’ll work with removable hooks purchased from supermarkets, hardware stores etc.
My product isn’t flat, what can I do?
Our products are shipped rolled, but as they’re made out of pliable foam, you can simply roll them in the opposite direction to help them become flat. Once they’re hanging, that will also help to flatten them out!
Can they be cleaned?
Sure can! Just use a clean, damp cloth and very gently dab at any dirty marks. Don’t wipe it or rub, the printing might smudge.
Can they be used outside?
Absolutely! But we recommend not leaving them outside for long periods to prevent fading or weather damage.

What is your refund policy?
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. Refunds due to the product being faulty, excluding factory seconds items, will be issued provided we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
